In 2007, Killingly Engineering Associates, LLC was established by a partnership of professionals with a goal to provide a hands-on approach to civil engineering and surveying to meet the needs of developers and property owners in Eastern and Central Connecticut.  We are a relationship-based company and this is our fundamental approach to the success of the business. We focus on building strong, long-term relationships with our clients, as we consider associations with our clients the most important measure of our success. We have attracted and retained clients by providing exceptional customer service and value; over 90 percent of our work is repeat business from long term clients.  We strengthen these relationships by providing our clients with superior customer service and by continuously striving to improve our performance.

Killingly Engineering Associates has licensed engineers and surveyors on staff who oversee all aspects of design and surveying. With over 40 years of combined experience, our staff understands that a project is only feasible if it can be designed and constructed cost effectively. We streamline the design phase by utilizing our knowledge of regulations to avoid conflicts and delays during the review phase of the project. We also understand that the design must work in the field, and routinely coordinate with project architects and contractors to avoid potential construction conflicts.

With the right combination of field experience, attention to detail and a practical eye toward schedules and budgets, our clients continue to utilize our services and refer us to their associates. Whether you are seeking to build an addition onto your home or you are an investor with a vision to develop a large tract of land, Killingly Engineering Associates will provide the same degree of attention to detail.  From initial planning and feasibility to design, permitting and construction, we will work with you to navigate through the project design and permitting to secure local and state approvals you need to get your project done.
