This project for a 140-unit active adult community comprised of duplexes was approved but the Town of Killingly in 2005 and partially constructed over a 10-year period until the developers walked away from the venture due to market conditions.  The new owners of the development contacted Killingly Engineering in 2016 to redesign and permit the project as single-family units and to address some drainage issues that had been a common re-occurrence throughout the project site.  Since approval of the revised plans, 38 single-family units have been constructed along with a 3,000 square foot community center.  Sales of units continue as design of future phases is underway.
